Pre-launch privacy notice updated August 16, 2026

Website hosting and technical data

This pre-launch website is hosted using Netlify. PeelCraft does not currently enable its own advertising analytics or cross-site behavioral tracking tools on this website. As part of providing hosting and security services, Netlify may automatically process technical information associated with requests to the site, including device type, operating system, browser type and version, IP address, hardware identifiers, and service activity information. Netlify’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy terms.

Website forms

The launch-list form is active and uses Netlify Forms. The feedback form is also active and uses Netlify Forms. Launch-list submissions include the email address you enter, your consent selection, a submission timestamp, and a source label identifying the GetPeelCraft.com launch list. Feedback submissions can include an optional name or shop name, optional email address, feedback category, feedback message, consent selection, submission timestamp, and a source label identifying GetPeelCraft.com feedback. Netlify processes and stores these form submissions as PeelCraft’s website hosting and form-service provider.

Launch list

PeelCraft uses launch-list information only for PeelCraft launch news, release updates, and occasional product announcements. Authorized PeelCraft administrators can review submissions in the PeelCraft Netlify project. Launch-list records are retained while the pre-launch list is active or until removal is requested, subject to Netlify account controls and applicable legal requirements.

The current form records the signup but does not automatically send a marketing email or confirmation message. To unsubscribe, request deletion, or correct a launch-list email address, contact updates@getpeelcraft.com or hello@getpeelcraft.com.

Email contact

If you choose to contact PeelCraft by email, PeelCraft will receive the information you voluntarily provide, which may include your email address, name, message contents, and attachments. That information will be used to respond to the communication and for related business or support purposes.

Verified PeelCraft contact routes are hello@getpeelcraft.com for general contact, support@getpeelcraft.com for product and customer support, and updates@getpeelcraft.com for launch and product-update communication.

Feedback

The feedback form is active and uses Netlify Forms. PeelCraft uses submitted feedback to review feature ideas, workflow improvements, bug reports, usability concerns, and other product suggestions, and may use an optional email address to respond when appropriate. Authorized PeelCraft administrators can review feedback submissions in the PeelCraft Netlify project. Feedback records may be retained while they remain useful for product development or support, subject to Netlify account controls and applicable legal requirements. To request correction or deletion of feedback you submitted, contact hello@getpeelcraft.com.

Desktop application

PeelCraft Smart Studio is still under development. Before public software release, PeelCraft will publish a plain-language product privacy explanation describing which workflows remain local, which features require internet access, licensing and activation behavior, and whether optional diagnostics or online services are used.

Changes to this notice

This Privacy notice may be updated as website functionality, mailing-list services, feedback systems, analytics, payment processing, or the desktop application are introduced. The updated date shown at the top of this page identifies the current pre-launch version.
